Please read through the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. By placing your order you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out below.

We would also like to mention that any personal information provided by you is confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies or organisations. We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting, and we reserve the right to do so. You should check this website from time to time to review the then current Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on you.

We do not accept any liability for damage caused to software or computer hardware that may be caused from downloading any information or images from this site. All goods remain the property of Eva Cammarata Ltd until paid for in full.

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an email, detailing the products you have ordered.

Before placing your order, if you have any queries relating to the Terms and Conditions or should you have any queries about ordering online, please do not hesitate to contact us:

Your statutory rights shall remain unaffected by these Terms and Conditions, and except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

We try to make sure that all information on the website, including descriptions of our goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible, and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of goods we will try to let you know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any errors on the website.

You should bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. In particular you acknowledge that:

  • The colours which are shown for the goods on the website will depend on many factors including your display settings;
  • All sizes and measurements are approximate;
  • All goods are subject to availability – we may not be able to supply your order;
  • Any delivery estimates given on the website or by email are estimates only.



You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your “order”) by completing the staged process on the website as set out below:

  1. Adding product to your shopping basket
  2. Enter login details
  3. Enter billing address details
  4. Enter delivery address details
  5. Confirmation of order

Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your order contains a series of offers for each product individually. On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process.

This order acknowledgement email will contain your order number, details of the goods ordered and a delivery estimate. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods. We must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can accept any offers. Where you select to pay by credit or debit card we will process the payment at the time of preparing your goods for dispatch.

An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and send you an order dispatch email which includes details of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the order dispatch email. A product which is not available will not be included in the contract for a product which is dispatched.



All transactions on this website are processed using PayPal. We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. We currently accept Mastercard, Discover, Visa, Solo and Paypal Express. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of United Kingdom sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax included in the selling price quoted on this website will be zero. If your order is being despatched to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20.0%. Any customs, local sales tax or import duties levied once your order reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. All prices quoted are exclusive of postage and packaging, which will be added at the rates specified during the checkout process.

It is very important that you note that the billing address you state upon checkout is an exact match of the address to which the card you are paying with is registered to. Fraud checks are set to halt any orders that fail to comply with this requirement.



Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. If you notice that you accidentally made a mistake while placing your order and wish to cancel your order, please do not hesitate to contact us:



We make each garment to order, and our aim is to deliver your purchase to you within seven days of receiving your order, residents outside the UK please allow up to 14 days. We will email you when your order has been dispatched (This is subject to the Royal Mail, First Class Postal service).

Please note that all deliveries must be signed for on arrival. Please also note that we take no responsibility for any delivery problems which occur from incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by you.

  • We will cancel / void any commission which is earned against purchases/orders that are returned to us for a refund.
  • Commission is only cleared, and visible on your affiliate profile page once the order is complete.



We are committed to ensuring the highest level of service.

Whilst hoping that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange. We must however stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Please ensure that when trying on an item, it is kept free of marks or scents such as from cigarettes, cosmetics, deodorant, food, perfume.

Import duties, customs and local sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any items which we deem unfit for resale.

If you are returning products please remember they are your responsibility as a customer until they reach us.

For your own protection we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods; for example Royal mail special or recorded delivery in the UK or a courier service in the US or Europe.

We do not pay for return postage; this will be at your own cost.

Returns requests are required to be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Sale returns requests must be initiated within 5 days of receipt of order.

Exchange requests are required to be initiated within 28 days of receipt of your order.

Sale exchange requests must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Please note, upon receipt of your Returns Number, you will have 3 days to dispatch your returns shipment.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to settle in your account.



You can either make an appointment for a fitting or send us your measurements on our contacts page. We can talk you through which measurements to take. Please also note that we take no responsibility for any fittings problems which occur from incorrect measurements supplied by you. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been bought under our made-to-measure service. Any amendments to your made-to-measure garment will need to be initiated within 5 days upon receipt, which we will be happy to perform. One amendment will be included in the original price.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under United Kingdom law.

Whilst Eva Cammarata Ltd are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the United Kingdom complies with any applicable non-United Kingdom laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.


  1. Eva Cammarata is required to despatch the product(s) within 48hrs of receiving confirmation of the sale from the     


  1. The standardised mailing costs are as follows:

(a) Royal Mail (UK) Second Class Signed For – £3.90, delivered within 2-3 working days

(b) Royal Mail (UK) – £11,  delivered by 1pm next day

(c) Parcelforce Worldwide (rest of the world) – £11.99, delivered within 48 hours

Eva Cammarata reserves the right to change these mailing costs anytime and will timely inform the Customer of any changes.

  1. Eva Cammarata will mail all products using the method of delivery stipulated by the customer, and either Royal Mail or a suitable courier as a service.


We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you would like to return an item, we ask that you do so within 14 days of its purchase.


To return an item:

  1. Fill out the reason for return on the returns form included with your order.
  2. Repackage it in the box it came in with all garment tags still attached and free of marks or scents
  3. Attach the returns address label to the front of the box
  4. Send the item back to us – please use a signed for delivery method so you can track your return
  5. Once we have received back your garment(s), we will then credit you via PayPal. Please allow 7 days for this to be processed.



We cannot offer refunds nor exchanges on items that have been bought under our made-to-measure service. Any amendments to your made-to-measure garment will need to be initiated within 5 days upon receipt, which we will be happy to perform.
